The developers of Mango Rosa live in the community and share in the livelihood of the lifestyle. The living style is something that has been in the works since our first visits to Central America many years ago. Today Mango Rosa consists six two bedroom rancher style homes, six one bedroom stylish bungalows, four private estate homes, hammock rancho, grass volley ball court, user friendly large swimming pool, BBQ rancho, grand rancho bar/restaurant, plenty of green area with colorful wild gardens and native landscape. These amenities are described as follows.
Two bedroom rancher homes: The ranchers are 1600 square feet with a wrap around porch, two sets of French doors and plenty of windows to catch the Southern Nicaraguan breezes. The ranchers are open with cathedral cane lined ceilings and ideally designed for tropical living. Outdoor sofa and chairs along with a hammock on each porch make comfort and leisure a priority. We offer satellite TV and cellular service in each home along with everything else you need to blend and mix your way into your comfort zone. Longer term rentals available as well.
One bedroom bungalows: These stylish bungalows are 800 square feet with vaulted cane lined ceilings and hard wood trimmed windows, doors and bar tops offering a cozy and warm surrounding, and the bungalows truly give you the “I AM ON VACATION” feel. All of the homes have private gardens with island patios designed by Jessica Centeno from Jardines Tropicales. The bungalows share all the same creature comforts as the ranchers. All homes are only seconds walk to the pool and great background music can be heard from the front porch coming from the Grand Rancho in the afternoon. Longer term rentals available as well.
